The **Chipper Key** grants access to **Chipper's Lair** in the Frore area. You obtain it by helping Billy recover his pet moose.

===== Requirements =====
  * Access to **Frore**

===== Walkthrough =====
  - Find **Billy** inside Frore and talk to him. He gives you a **Fetching Stick**.
  - Head **east** from Billy to a big clearing.
  - Locate the **Moose**. Hold the stick in your hand to lure it.
  - Lead the Moose back to Billy.
  - Billy gives you the **Chipper Key**.

  * **Chipper Key** — grants access to Chipper's Lair (key ties to player)

===== Tips =====
  * The Chipper Key ties to your character — you cannot trade it.
  * Chipper drops an **Uzi Amulet** as an alternative to the Papa Lich method.
