Throughout the Nork region, various NPCs will improve equipment in exchange for items and coin. These trades upgrade existing gear with better stats, added protection, or new properties.

===== Tips =====
  * Most trades follow the standard pattern: hold or drop the item(s) on the NPC's hex, click the NPC, then click talk.
  * Some NPCs require you to drop the items before talking; others require you to hold them. Try both if one doesn't work.
  * Items like the Silver Dagger require an intermediate step (gem encrusting) before the final improvement.
