Boone
*When you step through the Slicer Lair Portal, you will arrive here in Cobrahn. Boone will be the first person you see. He spouts helpful advice on surviving in the wilds of Cobrahn so listen up. He also will give you a bit of extra HP if you ask real nice. Here we see Dion talking to Boone. Wonder what that is all about? There is a Level Restriction of 19th Level to use Boone. Run North to the Timmy Town Ladder or NorthWest for Tree Town Climb Up.
If you did Boone during the IEN era, then go back to see him for an additional +6 HP because the quest data was lost.
