Not a hard fight, he uses an espear bow and can stun you if he hits you right, wear some psi cutting gear and you should be fine. He drops a robe with adds 4 or 5, and if you are lucky he drops a set of 2/2 bracers, as well as a 4/4 sash. Woof is just there to annoy you or poison you. His lair is located in the far east of T-2.
