The Caya Fruit is a powerful healing item obtained from the Caya creature in deep Aleria.

Each caya fruit is 2 ounces. You can eat one ounce at a time using a macro:

take food from sack;eat food;put food in sack

This lets you consume the fruit one ounce at a time, getting two heals from a single fruit.
