Dancer Boots (also called Dancers) are weapons obtained on Nork -7 by trading a bolt to an NPC. A key from the N-5 secret area is needed to access the trader.

Walkthrough
Hunt the N-5 secret area until you find a key (random drop). This key unlocks the door to the Dancer trader (sometimes the door is already unlocked).
Travel to Nork -7 and kill creatures until you find a bolt.
Bring the bolt to the NPC behind the locked door.
Hold the bolt in your right hand, click on the NPC's name, then click the talk button.
