Mummy King Quest

The Mummy King is a boss hidden behind locked double doors on Nork -3. Completing the quest yields a Protection from Stun amulet that operates at level 10 — stronger than the level 8 ProStun twigs sold in Maeling.

• Access to Nork -3
• Ability to kill the Mummy King

1. Kill creatures on N-3 until one drops a key (random treasure).
2. Head to the northeast corner of N-3 and find the locked double doors.
3. Open the first set of doors with the key — the key is not consumed because you need it again.
4. Open the second set of locked double doors using the Open Door macro plus the key. The key is consumed this time.
5. Kill the Mummy King (he looks identical to regular mummies — there's nothing to distinguish him).
6. Take his corpse to the Nork tanner to receive a Tattered Cloak.
7. Bring the cloak to Wartberg, the NPC standing behind the west bank in Nork Town.
8. Drop the cloak and 1,999 coins on his hex, then say “War, sell”.

• Protection from Stun Amulet — level 10, random number of charges (eventually falls to dust)

• The Mummy King cannot be identified by appearance — he looks like any other mummy on N-3.
• The ProStun amulet at level 10 is significantly better than the level 8 twigs from Maeling (4 charges).
• The doors lock behind you when you enter, but twigs work in the zone.
