is located south of nork on the island shown below, you must have mountain boots to reach him. Once up the mountain go south to the castle and he should be wandering around somewhere in there. He is pretty tough, he can hit up to 200 or so and you dont get much for beating him besides his club, he is rumored to have moon boots on rare occasions.
