Trade the Vampire Heart to Felon for Vamp Gauntlets. Jump off East or West to surface or fall back in North or South. Monks and stalkers try to kill you.

Go upstairs in the Dark Tower for some 5/5 rings from Stalkers or trade Vamp heart for Vamp Gauntlets. Drop in from middle of the west side to go to Guardian Lair. (not recommended)
