The +6 Halberd is dropped by the Fire Giant in Evil Nork's Fire Plains. He also drops ProtFire Boots.

• Access to Evil Nork and the Fire Plains
• A party capable of surviving Red Dragons

1. Travel to Evil Nork and find the “Portals” room.
2. Drop down through the hole — be prepared to run south immediately for safety.
3. Coming south from the Fire Plains, you arrive in a larger room away from the Red Dragons.
4. The room has two lairs:
   • East lair — the Fire Giant (your target, wielding the +6 Halberd)
   • West lair — a pet called Spot (avoid unless prepared)
5. Kill the Fire Giant and loot his drops.
