The Chipper Key grants access to Chipper's Lair in the Frore area. You obtain it by helping Billy recover his pet moose.

• Access to Frore

1. Find Billy inside Frore and talk to him. He gives you a Fetching Stick.
2. Head east from Billy to a big clearing.
3. Locate the Moose. Hold the stick in your hand to lure it.
4. Lead the Moose back to Billy.
5. Billy gives you the Chipper Key.

• Chipper Key — grants access to Chipper's Lair (key ties to player)

• The Chipper Key ties to your character — you cannot trade it.
• Chipper drops an Uzi Amulet as an alternative to the Papa Lich method.
